I had this faucet installed in my new kitchen and I dont know how I lived without it. I did notice that sometimes it didnt respond to my touch but that occurred so infrequently. You can adjust volume and temp with the handle. It is a good size for my large sink.
This faucet seemed like a fantastic idea and it would be so, if it worked properly. I'm having problems with it going off, as well as on and off repeatedly. I've seen several other reviews on various sites noting the same problem. It's is difficult to use the pull-down spray head, because the water continually turns on and off. I am definitely going to replace this unit - it drives me nuts! What a waste of good money. Very disappointed!
My mother has had this installed for 6 months, it was a Christmas gift from my sister and I. What a piece of junk. The plumber is coming out tomorrow for the second time this month, because it's stopped working AGAIN.....and no, it's not the battery. She's given up, went to Costco and purchased a Hans Grohe, a quality kitchen faucet. We also gave one at Christmas to our cousins...guess what...also stopped working within the first year. Junk....What a waste of $700.00. The plumber also advised us last time that the faucet wouldn't last long....he's replaced ALOT of them. Be warned.
We chose this faucet as part of a total kitchen overhaul, so a professional installed it. Be sure you have a big enough sink for it--we have the Swanstone Ascend, which is a great match for this faucet. We found the best price at Amazon but did not realize that the Venetian bronze did not include the soap dispenser--so had to be a separate order after the fact. It's a super concept, intuitive after a day's use, and a huge water saver. We have now had it for 2 months. Highly recommended.
